Working towards being one of the best boarding kennels in Lincolnshire.
Dear Sarah, Lovely to meet you on Sunday, i was really impressed
with your kennels and your approach to boarding. Like most pet
owners I'm really anxious about leaving Max and Beth, but you put me
at ease more so than other kennels we have visited. S Dalzell Feb

"Thoroughly recommended. Go see for yourselves - you wont go anywhere else after you've been here". Sue Dawson
"At long last I have found kennels where my dog will get TLC and individual attention and I won't have to worry about him. The quality of care at Meg Heath is even better than a luxury dog hotel we once tried." M Castledine, Lincoln
"5 star kennels..." M Strawson
"The best I have found in the area within the last 20 years." P Moody

Meg Heath Boarding & Residential Training Kennels was born from a dream that started in 1996. In January 2002, I bought the unlicensed dog kennel premises & it was in February 2008 that I made the decision to start refurbishing the first 3 kennels in the block with a view to the other 5 kennels later in the year to enable me to take in holiday boarders and residential training for dogs too.
Things I take for granted at Meg Heath Boarding Kennels are standards that other kennels can only aspire to have. You will meet me when you visit my kennels, "I am a dog lover and a true natural with dogs as well as a glorified kennel maid and professional business owner. Not a combination you will often find in the dog world, so you can rest assured your dog is in the best hands you will probably ever find."
Meg Heath Boarding Kennels is...
"my heart is where the dogs are..."
I am a small set up; most passionate about animal welfare. I got my first dog 25 years ago and since 1998 I have rescued over 150 dogs, mainly the Springer Spaniels associated to my name.
I finished taking in rescue dogs in Jan 2008 and I now find my self the owner of 18 dogs, all of them except 1 rescued, with 15 of them being Springer Spaniels.

I am proud that my clients come to the kennels through recommendation & the fact that the dogs themselves speak volumes about their stay with us. Can you say that your dog pulls you into the kennels? Some of our dogs do, some owners report that their dogs try to pull them towards our exercise field. We put this down to the quieter surroundings and quality of exercise.
With a background interest in aggressive Springer's and my knowledge of canine behaviour, I am interested in boarding your pooch if you are concerned that a stay in kennels will have a detrimental effect them.
If you are anything like me, you like to have a good look at photos of boarding kennels and where your dog will stay. Have a look on my new Flickr site, where I have uploaded more images than I have listed in the Gallery...
